DealBuddy does not store this data on external servers.

DealBuddy uses Firebase Analytics and Crash Reporting to collect anonymous usage and performance data.

This may include:

• App opens
• Feature interactions (for example: creating a deal or moving a stage)
• App performance metrics
• Crash reports

This data:

• Does not include deal names
• Does not include commission amounts
• Does not include customer or contact information
• Is not linked to your identity
• Is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking

This information is used solely to improve app stability, performance, and usability.

DealBuddy includes AI-powered features that operate within the app experience.

When AI functionality is used:

• Only structured, non-identifiable action statistics may be processed
• No deal names, notes, commission amounts, or contact information are transmitted
• No personal sales data is shared

AI processing is used only to generate in-app insights and suggestions.

Voice transcription uses Apple system services.

DealBuddy does not store or transmit audio recordings.

Payments are processed by Apple via StoreKit.

DealBuddy does not receive or store billing details such as credit card information.

DealBuddy does not sell personal data.

DealBuddy does not share deal content or personal sales information with third parties.
